Bacon-Wrapped Shop Sauce Chicken
This tangy and spicy chicken is fantastic served with mac-and-cheese, baked potatoes, beans, or rice. Shop Sauce caramelizes on your grill, resulting in a savory glaze that is both spicy and a little sweet, just like us!

Instructions
  1. Marinade Chicken Tenderloins in Shop Sauce for at least 2 hours before cooking. For best results marinade the chicken overnight.
  2. Preheat Oven to 395 degrees.
  3. Wrap each piece of chicken with two pieces of Oscar Meyer Hardwood Smoked bacon, trying to cover the whole piece of chicken.
  4. Place the bacon wrapped chicken in a metal baking pan with high sides.
  5. Use a cooking brush to spread more Shop Sauce over the bacon wrapped chicken giving it a good coat of sauce on the bacon.
  6. Place pan in heated oven and cook for about 20 minutes.
  7. Turn your oven up to about 400 degrees and let cook for another 5 minutes or until it looks to be finished. This will allow the bacon to become crispy.
