Instructions
  1. Cook and stir ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until meat is crumbly and no longer pink, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer until beef mixture has thickened, 8 to 10 minutes. Once thickened, add refried beans and mix together.
  3. Stir in about half a jar of Shop Sauce to start. Taste the mixture and add more Shop Sauce depending on your taste.
  4. Preheat your broiler and place the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread tortilla chips on it. Top each chip with about a spoonful of the Beef/Refried Bean mixture and spread cheddar cheese on top. (You can also top with nacho cheese if desired)
  6. Broil in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 3 to 5 minutes. (Be sure to keep and eye on the Nachos while broiling, cheese burns quickly)
  7. Remove from oven and top nachos with salsa, sour cream, green onions and jalapenos.
  8. Enjoy!
