Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Finely Chopped Onions
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 jars SHOP SAUCE
Servings: meatballs
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients besides Shop Sauce and mix together.
- Roll small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Brown meatballs in a large skillet over medium-high heat and place in crock pot.
- Pour one jar of Shop Sauce in and then a second if needed to cover all the meatballs. (It normally takes about 1 and a half to 2 jars to cover them depending on how big your crock-pot is.)
- Cook in the crock-pot for 1 1/2 hours on high or 3 hours on low.
- Enjoy!
