- 1/2 pound Neese's Hot Sausage cooked and crumbled
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- Summer Salsa (see recipe on this website)
- Melt cheese in a saute pan on low/medium heat, stirring often.
- Stir in sausage and salsa.
- Enjoy with raw vegetables such as carrots and celery, chips, or bread.
- Helpful tip: To speed up the process, when making the salsa, you can use 1 can (10 oz.) Rotel tomatoes and green chiles.
