Ingredients
- 4 Hass avocados ripe (skin yields to the touch)
- 1 roma tomato chopped
- 1/4 vidalia onion chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper chopped, seeds removed if you do not like spicy guacamole
- 1 handful cilantro washed and chopped
- juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt or to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- cumin to taste

Instructions
- In a large bowl, peel and place the avocados and lime juice, toss to coat.
- Using a fork, mash the avocados to the consistency you prefer--chunky or smooth
- Add the remaining ingredients and fold together.
- Enjoy with your favorite chip! Also delicious over omelettes, steak, pork, raw vegetables, or tacos.
- Helpful tip: make sure to wash the cilantro; it can be very sandy. Afterward just squeeze the water off.
