Ingredients
- 4 chicken tenderloins
- 8 Pieces Oscar Meyer Hardwood Smoked Bacon
- 1/2 Jar SHOP SAUCE
Servings: chicken tenderloins
Instructions
- Marinade Chicken Tenderloins in Shop Sauce for at least 2 hours before cooking. For best results marinade the chicken overnight.
- Preheat Oven to 395 degrees.
- Wrap each piece of chicken with two pieces of Oscar Meyer Hardwood Smoked bacon, trying to cover the whole piece of chicken.
- Place the bacon wrapped chicken in a metal baking pan with high sides.
- Use a cooking brush to spread more Shop Sauce over the bacon wrapped chicken giving it a good coat of sauce on the bacon.
- Place pan in heated oven and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Turn your oven up to about 400 degrees and let cook for another 5 minutes or until it looks to be finished. This will allow the bacon to become crispy.
