We make these at every BBQ and party! They disappear very quickly. Our Shop Sauce adds the final touch to bring out the savory flavors in the dish.

Ingredients
- 8 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz. cream cheese (plain is fine but chive onion is awesome)
- 8 pieces maple bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese, Mexican blend
- 1 jar SHOP SAUCE (to drizzle over the tray or for dipping)
Servings: poppers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- Spoon cream cheese into each half.
- Press bacon crumbles into cream cheese just a little so they don’t fall off.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until jalapenos are tender.
- Sprinkle fiesta blend cheese on top and broil for a couple of minutes until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle tops with SHOP SAUCE and enjoy!
