Ingredients
- 12 eggs boiled and peeled
- 1/4 cup Duke's mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tbsp. Kosher salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1/8 cup relish
- 1 tsp. sweet gherkin juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. SHOP SAUCE
Servings: deviled eggs
Instructions
- Using a sharp knife, slice each egg in half, lengthwise.
- Using a fork, mash the yolks in a bowl.
- Add other ingredients to yolks and stir until well-blended. We recommend Duke's mayonnaise as it really is the best for this recipe.
- Spoon the mixture into the egg whites. You can also use a Ziplock bag with the corner cut off to squeeze the mixture into the egg whites.
- Top eggs with whatever you like … paprika, cayenne, fresh thinly sliced jalapeno for a kick, dill weed, slices of sweet gherkins, or bacon. Just have fun!
